Any photos I have are likely to be more than 25 years old, Earl, but did you
mention genealogical research? From my recent forays,
http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/ is worth a look if you haven't already
got the basics, and the support staff (whether contacted by email or phone)
are absolutely top-notch.

Unless the link did not work, what caught my eye was the photo of Mr.
Johnston, a local organic farmer who is at the centre of a controversey as
he proposes to have a wind farm built on his land. It was a very nice
casual portrait, EXCEPT that there was a blade of grass in front of his
face, ending right at his nose... most inelegant.

Glad to hear of your fondness for Moray... I have not been, but it is an
ambition of mine, so I am saving up. I originally thought that I would go
during the Speyside whisky festival, but that would be too much distraction.
The real purpose would be exploring, photographing and perhaps some
genealogical research.

If you have any photos to post or share, I'd enjoy that.

Slainte,

Earl
