I am not a gearhead. Well, not a good one, anyway. I get a headache real
quick when talk turns to pixels and resolutions and dpi and other such
stuff. Usually, I can worry it out. Sometimes I can't. But, that said, I
shoot with an E-1. I routinely print 11x15 inch images, mat them at 16x20,
and sell them to tourists to the tune of thousands of dollars a summer. The
colors are excellent. The images are smooth as a buttered baby's
butt--unless I want them otherwise. I print them myself on an Epson 2200.
The E-1 is good gear. If you've got the eye, it'll do what you want it to
do. Have no fear of buying.
