Not for me! I like it lightly breaded and deep-fried until it's crispy all the
way through. The stuff served in most restaurants hereabouts ain't crunchy
enough for me. I keep a bag of frozen, breaded okra in the freezer and
sometimes substitute a bowl of freshly fried, hot and crispy okra for hot,
buttered popcorn when settling down to watch a new movie DVD. Yummm!
Watched "Masked and Anonymous" a couple of nights ago. Great okra movie.
Dylan sings "Dixie" like he wrote it himself.
