I have and use a Dremel regularly - and wouldn't let it near one of my
Oly backs. The pros use bamboo skewers/ chopsticks, etc. ground down
(here's where the Dremel comes in!) to an end the width of the foam
channel and shaped like a flat bladed screwdriver, but sharper, to
cut/scrape the old gunk out.
