Quite. My wife has had three very 'close calls' recently, two of
which were caused by drivers embroiled in cell phone calls and one by
someone who deliberately cut her off.
I don't know about other parts of the world but here in the Motor City
(Detroit, MI) more people than ever seem to be driving as if no-one
else on the road exists. Lane drifting, unsignaled direction changes,
etc. Sigh.
