I think it was 60 minutes that had a little on this. They focused on the
government inspector/enforcer that lost his job because he tried to get
attention brought to the damage caused when a slurry pond "leaked" and
destroyed a stream and farms...broadcast a couple months ago. The coal
company had the fine reduced to roughly $100,000 from millions.
