I have both lenses and the Zuiko is the superior. I wouldn't say that they
even appear to be made by the same company, but the design certainly is
similar. I had heard that the Nikkor was made by Tokina, and it had a very
uneven reputation (some good, some bad -- quality control issues?). I have
a quite good one, but as I said, not as good as the Zuiko.
