Mike, perhaps it was you who wrote the comments extolling Leica!
Am I the only one who notices that the more demanding a photographic
application is of ultimate quality, the more likely the photographer
is to be drawn to Zeiss and Leica optics? Well, in the 35mm format
anyway . . .
Of course, for a serious hobbyist like me, ye olde budget always
raises its ugly head and I find myself being satisfied with what I
consider good value rather than ultimate quality. Sigh.
