I don't think so. Utilities such as Norton Ghost and similar ones I have
are geared for moving an existing boot drive to a new boot drive using the
same letter. IOW, everything remains on the same drive letter it was. The
complication is Chuck's desire to reconfigure which drive is the boot drive
at the same time and I don't know of anything that can do that with
sufficient reliability.
One could try it (copy drive to drive) and use something like "Fix-It
Utilities" to find all the registry errors that ensue . . . hoping to find
them all and redesignate the drive letter as appropriate in the system
registry and all the other system files . . . which I have doubts it would
do . . . and have doubts it would properly make all the corrections
automatically . . . the quite arduous manual intervention trying to ensure
all changes are made likely taking as long as the method I outlined.
