Here's a freebie raw file converter which has been getting good press.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to try it out since it requires a CPU
with "SSE" instruction set extensions. My old 1.3 GHz AMD Athlon
doesn't cut the mustard. Just bought a 1.8 GHz AMD Duron for $20 which
is in the mail. Maybe that will work. Minimum operating system
requirement is Win 2000 SP 4.
