Well, lots of care, some rubber-cup spanners, long thin screwdrivers 
and steady hands. Ohh, and if you want to use the lens afterwards, a 
good memory such that you'll know how to put it back together ;)

No, seriously....

I'd be much surprised if someone on this list wouldn't be in possession 
of this information, or somehow could dig it up in a less drastic way. 
I'd look if I had the manual myself (I did have a Tokina 200mm), but 
I'm currently several KM above China (or some other asian country -- 
them 747's move fast), and I didn't bring (all) my OM-related stuff 
along ;)

Hmm...well, get to it: take some pictures and let's see how it actually 
performs. If you come to my neck of the woods (or I to yours), I'll 
lend you the Zuiko 200/4 for comparative shooting...

Glad that your toy came, although late, and I hope you'll be getting 
loads of fun with it.
