Regular back foam life varies greatly. Could be 10 to 20 years, depending
on storage conditions. Some 4T / Ti don't need replacement, but even those
bodies could be 18 years old at this point. Every 1, 1N, 2, 2N, 2S, 3, 4,
10, G needs it. I replace back, hinge, mirror foam on 99% of the bodies I
overhaul.
