My position exactly. BTW, for the Mac-curious, it's easy for a techie to run a
Mac as a variant Unix machine since it's pretty much FreeBSD inside. For an
illustration: <http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/x11/>. That will run the
GIMP and other heavyweights - <http://gimp-app.sourceforge.net/>, unless you
look for a direct Mac OS X port such as here: <http://howto.macgimp.org/>. -
