My thinking was to get the off camera capability with only the cost of 
buying a cable, as I have the T32. There is no PC socket on the E-300. 
I naively thought there might be a cable that slides into the hotshoe, 
in the same way as the foot of a flash, and then has a hotshoe at its 
other end which the flash slides into.
