Nope, no custom WB, there shouldn't be a need unless the lighting requires it.
The ZD lenses under the same conditions don't need it.

I doubt it's the adapter, I have several and they all do the same thing.

Apart from being softer than the ZD's, they seem to be missing an oomph
that the ZD's have. They lack definition and a 3D look on the E-1. I'm
sure a lot of it can be fixed in post processing but I'd rather not have
to do that. Life is too short, I don't have time to do that with every
photo taken with an OM lens. That's one of the main reasons I liked the
E-1, it almost always gets the colours dead on with ZD lenses. Given a
choice I would rather use a ZD lens than on OM lens.
