My thoughts also . . . however I don't know what happens if the connection
is already made, the ISP's DHCP has already given the DNS addresses to the
client, and then the DNS addresses are changed during the
session. Dynamically assigned IP and DNS addresses are more typical of
temporary sessions such as those found with dial-up accounts . . . although
my cable connection is dynamic for some reason, not static. Then again, I
don't leave my computers running 24/7 for security (among other) reasons.
