I was watching a news report yesterday of some politician making a speech
standing
behind a few mic stands. As he moved a little from right to left the mic
stands actually
disappeared into the fabric of his suit although they were a slightly different
tone.
When the mic stands were against the lighter background they were obviously
visible.
It looked to me like there was some heavy compression going on.
