[OM] Galvanometer in OM-1(n)

Dear fellows,
   would you know if it's possible
to use OM-1 dedicated galvanometer (spare part)
for OM-1n? Are there any changes in construction
which don't allow this? 
What about matter of it's own sensitivity, is
that necessary recalibrate with changing resistor net
or just mechanically?
