[OM] 300/2.8 vs 150/2 vs 300/4

Will a digital Zuiko 150/2 be comparable to a 35mm 300/4, or does the 2x factor 
only apply to  focal length? In other words, will the 150/2 on my E-1 be a stop 
faster or a stop slower than my 300/2.8 on my OM-4T?
