It seems like those are a fair bit more awkward to use than the OM->E1
adapter, though; on an E1 you compose and focus the shot with the lens
wide open, stop it down to where you want, while looking through a dark
viewfinder, you tweak shutter speed/whatever, then shoot.
On an EOS, you compose and focus with the lens wide open, stop it
down, then _while holding the DOF preview button down_ tweak shutter
speed and shoot.
Doesn't this mean you run out of hands, or do you use a rubber band
around the lens to hold the button in or something? I can't see how
you'd be able to get a stable grip otherwise, and even on a tripod you'd
still need one hand on the body of the lens to keep things pressed in.
