1 My first thought is "Panotools" - a very powerful PS plugin panorama
stitching software which has been "killed" by the patent lawyers. Some
elements of Panotolls are still available (the 360 degreee spherical
panorama was the problem, I believe) and

Pantolls related sites, as well as others, including iPix (who have a
devoted legal team).
