I've just been doing some programming work where my primary contact
knows the what the data means and is for, but not much about how data is
stored and processed. In mid stream, her company switched project work
at the mainframe end from a group in Winnipeg to a group in the
Phillipines. Not too confusing, but I'm making a few extra $ from the
inevitable confusion. $370 so far today from their confusion between
CRLF and LF only as a record delimiter in various version of a file
extract from a mainframe. Sometimes confusion is good. :-)
