Suggestions? I suggest you concentrate on restoring single-use cameras as a
better use of time and resources.
But the answer to your question is that the "25mm" in the name does indeed
mean that the flange-to-flange extension provided by the 25mm tube is 0.4mm
short of one inch :-)

homebrew a 25mm manual extension tube (MET25). Can someone measure the size
of the extension tube from top to bottom ? is it 25mm then ? I'll be using
the body plate from an om10 and lens plate from a 50F1.8 lens. The
