If you are concerned about the usability of a lens described as "very
usable" by an international bricks-and-mortar trader like Calumet, you
should not be looking to buy the lens from *anybody* on that auction site.
Or (possibly) anything else.
In my 'umble (but forthrightly expressed) opinion.
If that lens sells for less than a multiple of its starting price, I will be
somewhat surprised.

I did look at the Calumet auction...that is why I asked. If someone
(me?) were to win that....can I turn-around and have it serviced/repaired
(if required).
