Haven't you heard? Under the current administration policies, we just
declare war on something, somewhere or someone, wait a bit, then declare
victory. Bureaucracy was easy. Although originally anticipated to be a
one week war, practical considerations shortened it. War was declared on
a Tuesday, because of a 3 day Federal holiday, and victory declared on
Thursday, so all the participants could wrap up their paperwork in time
to leave early on Friday for the weekend.
