http://olympus.dementia.org/Hardware/PDFs/T-20_tech.pdf provides the PCB
layout and parts list.
The T20 has three thyristors and one photo transistor. The last named is
what is inside the "O" of Olympus, and provides the light measurement
facility when the T20 is in automatic mode (ie not Manual, not TTL OTF)
