Hi,
I own a Canon 300D. One day, after reading a bit about M42 mount lenses
I bought a Pentax Super Takumar 50mm f/1.4.
Next thing I know I was bidding on eBay for all sorts of M42 mount fixed
focal length lenses. Ofcourse, I also bought a M42-to-EOS adapter.
One of the lenses I bought was a Sirius 28mm f/2.8 for GBP2.99 off eBay.
Yes, thats about three pounds!! Apparently, the lens has a small dent in
the filter ring but I thought there was little downside at GBP2.99.
I haven't received the lens yet but I wanted to find out more about it
and so I googled. Amongst the discussions in English, I came across one
on this list about this lens.
So would someone be kind enough to tell me whats the quality of this
lens and what can I expect from it?
Thanks,
Siddhartha
