Thanks for the link Tom, is very interesting.
But I have always had the nagging feeling that no matter how well one's
data is archived the eventual problem will be in what format it is in. As
technology changes it is important to re-archive important data so that it
remains accessible - who's PC can read 5.25" floppy discs any more? And
most new PCs don't come with a 3.5" floppy drive anymore. And CDs will
soon be replaced by DVDs...
