Have you looked at the range of different viscosity greases in the micro-tools catalog? http://tinyurl.com/4m6o9 -- Piers -----Original Message----- From: olympus-owner@xxxxxxxxxx [mailto:olympus-owner@xxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Dean Tyler Sent: 21 December 2004 14:54 To: olympus@xxxxxxxxxx Subject: [OM] Focus Dampening I e-mailed Iwert about this one and he suggested this question for the group. I purchased the 85mm f2 from Iwert a while back and it has the best focus dampening feel of any my Zuikos. It is so smooth. Not tight, not lose. My 21mm f3.5 that was CLAed by John is close. I wish my 50mm f2 and 28mm f2 has the same dampening. They are much tighter. Can this be adjusted?
