I think not - if all the macro focussing converters are like the one I have,
they have internal elements which move, but the tube part remains fixed
length. It does not work as a variable extension tube.

Has anyone tried this with one of the macro focussing teleconverters ?
Seems this might give a bit more versatility with a variable length tube.
