Ask him if he has used the equipment. He probably hasn't so you also want to 
find out if he can tell a good lens from a bad one. Ask for a phone number 
so that you can talk to him about it. I suspect he's not trying to commit 
fraud. He's also selling a lot of inexpensive N*kon stuff such as multiple 
cable releases. He probably got a good deal that he thinks he can make some 
money from.
