We have a product called Exit-mold which should work well.
common household bleach will also work. So will petrol, although I wouldn't
reccomend it in camera equipment. Cold cream works well, but takes a bit of
elbow grease to remove. I'm not about to try disinfectant, without somebody
else
trying it first, I feel it's probably not strong enough.
On the plus side the lens does look clean.
