I thought RRS plate B6 was the one reccomended for the Telecoping Auto
tube? It should work on the 300 f4.5, and 85-250 as well - all three
use the exact same tripod collar.
You could always get one of the multi purpose rails such as the MPR-73
(or longer if needed) for the D. Zuiko 50-200. These have an adjustable
anti twist plate so can be 'customized' as needed.
