If it's just stiff and not a 'gritty' feel, then just work it 'round and back
about 100 times and see if the grease loosens, and/or moves to where it'll do
some good. Maybe it hasn't been exercised in 10 years? Maybe it was cold
today in the UPS truck? Who knows, worth a try, no?
