[OM] OT Flat Bed Scanners

Does anyone have a Epson 4180 flatbed scanner  I am considering buying one
to replace a old canon one.  I am sure that it will can photos as well or
better than it but am interested in how it works on film.  I have a Canon
2710 for 35mm but want something to scan some Medium format negs that I
have and wonder how well it does.
on those.
