The fang T-32 arrived in the mail today. True to the auction image the
thing looks nearly new. Hardly any signs of usage. Also came with a
leather-like pouch with light blue velour inside. I've never had a case
for a T-32. Is this what they look like or is this just a lens pouch?
I have tested it functionally with a flash meter and OM-2s and find that
it does everything it's supposed to. Manual and auto modes measure one
stop apart where they're supposed to and measured light output in TTL
mode changes by one stop when I change the lens aperture by one stop.
Maximum power output in manual mode exactly matches that of another T-32
when using the same set of batteries. The only function I haven't
tested is the high voltage input. I had it mounted on a BG-2 but I
didn't have any C cells in the BG-2. Wish I had thought of it earlier
in the day as I could have easily tested it with a Quantum Turbo.
Anyhow, it's for sale. USD 75 + postage. Satisfaction guaranteed.
