I know I've described it before, but a simple solution for any flash is a
strip of plastic milk container and either velcro or sticky foam tape on the
ends, which are secured to the sides of the flash, just behind the flash tube.
Make the plastic as 'high' as the flash tube's height and allow it to bow out,
don't keep it pressed tightly over the flash tube. This way, it stays cool, and
also allows some of the flash to 'leak' out, but not hit the subject directly.
