Doesn't sound likely. The fast-wides were developed later than the very
early designs with radioactive elements. Even the 55/1.2 was changed to
a non radioactive design about that time. As Steve Goss pointed out, the
radioactive 50/1.4 optical design is even earlier than the O/OM mount.
If true, it's certainly new info.
