I had a 200 f5 on my OM-1n. 200 mm with a close up lens if I remember
correctly. The mechanism that shuts down the aperture wasn't working and
would jam. So to reset it I had to remove the lens while it was on the
tripod. Steven Chung (an ex list member) showed me the cause and a minor
"adjustment" fixed it. So that was it. The movement of removing the lens
caused the effect.
A nice effect, heh?
