Mike,
You might want to keep an eye out for the Vivitar S1 28-105 2.8-3.8. I've got
one that I bought from Gary R. a while back and have been very pleased with.
Smaller than the Tamron, built as an MF lens from the ground up. It uses 67mm
filters, not a standard Zuiko size but much more affordable than the 82mm on
the Tamron.
