Yes, Graham, I had heard that rule of thumb. I should have to be
satisfied with a 25 footer ... after I had sold my house perhaps ;-)
But, seriously, I do have (rather loose) plans to sell my house and buy
one by the water somewhere (might have to be in the Fens!) with a
mooring for a boat. It depends on how long the MoD can afford to pay
me and where they want me to go next.
