If the lens is on a bellows, the film-to-flange distance is irrelevant. You
could use any lens on any bellows with any camera, providing you've got the
right adapters to connect the pieces. As long as you didn't need pseudo-auto
diaphragm via a double cable release, they all work and the metering would be
done in stop-down mode.
