I agree, it's real. There is $1,000,000 statutory damages to share with all
paypal customers who joined from 1999-2003 (approx), but you have to mail
in a page with your signature. Dunno whether payback will exceed postage,
it depends on how many apply...
Customers who have had specific problems, as they describe, are due back
more from a larger fund of $5 million.
The lawyers get 3.3 million...
Some countries are excluded.
