But that would clearly be seen in the third party eye that eBay would take on
the situation as extortion. A big no no in the eBay rule book which could lead
to suspension from the site if reported by the person threatened.
Don't forget that eBay is just a market place for people to trade in they just
provide the venue. Anything else is just a bonus over what you might find if
buying from a classified advert in a paper. Though the items are listed in an
auction style eBay is not an auctioneer and has consistently stated such.
