You can't alter or change feedback but you can leave a follow-up. You can
also just move one, and stick to sellers who do have a social conscience,
unlike, for example, ID mcmoiris who has never left a single piece of
feedback for anybody.
I don't believe that asking for feedback is against the rules, but using
feedback as a means of blackmail (the threat of negative, the promise of
positive) probably is - but it's of questionable value anyway.

Are you able to alter or delete your feedback? I suspect that this may be
your only option, as if I remember rightly soliciting feedback is against
the rules.
My policy, as a buyer is to NEVER leave feedback, until after I have
received feedback from the seller.
