spartan accomodations you could provide your friends and relatives.
-cramped 2500 or so sqft
-chintzy dacor and viking appliances, hard to keep cleangranite counters
-pool and spa inconvieniently located at the back
-confining 2 1/2 miles of water front
-only room for 2 SUV garage
-studio, w/ shower but _no_ whirlpool tub!
-must share gardeners, maid and cook with main house
-etc. etc.
