I knew I can count on you, actually this gave me more ideas than I originally
had.
Yes, I know the famous picture of Ansel Adams, but you would be surprized when
I tell you that the first place I saw it, was in one of John Hedgecoe's books a
few years back when I started in photography, just dont remember which
one...sorry, shouda been around 1996. He was on a top of what looked like a
Land Rover to me and the main reason that he had it for was to take pictures
over the fences of farm houses and mansions. He did not mention anything about
stabilizing the vehicle and from the picture it did not look like he is using
anything. The paragraph was too short anyway and the only reason it caught my
attention was because I have already noticed that height of 174cm (5.9'?) does
not get you much of a view (not to mention that it does not put you in the view
either...:)
I am going to see if this is easier to build than to buy or it is not worth
having it at all, but in any case, would let you know where it went.
Once again, thank you for your suggestions.
Boris
P.S. Last time I checked, guns, SUV's and maybe OM were the mandatory
content...sorry if it is not funny, my English is deteriorating quickly and I
cant judge that well anymore...:(
This hath not offended the king.
Sir Thomas More (at his execution)
