Hi, all.
Here are my first pics of the Transit of Venus. The day was cloudy, but I
was fortunate enough to get the sun thru some clear patches on the sky...
<http://cjss.sytes.net/etc/transito/> is the folder with the uncropped,
downsized (640x427) pics. A few notes about the filenames: numbers are the
local time (GMT +0200), the 'L' stands for *Levels adjustment* and 'NF'
means *No filter*.
These pics were taken with the EOS-300D, F.Zuiko 300mm F4.5, Kiron 1.5x,
Vivitar 2x Macro and a home-made solar filter (a 120-roll strip of Pan-F
plus, developed on DD-X (1+4) 15 min. @ 25 celsius).
I took also some pics on film (OM-2S, F.Zuiko 200mm F5, Kiron 2x MC7, Kodak
Technical Pan) thru a somewhat less dense filter (10 min. development of
the Pan-F plus strip), but this film is still to be finished and developed.
Enjoy,
...
