If you look at the picture of the lens/camera taken from above, you'll see the
aperture ring is set to 2.8, which is just about where the diaphragm appears to
be. My guess is the batteries in the camera are dead and it's locked up. I'd
be careful with this puppy. Could be a Fang in waiting, but then....
