Jim, if you keep the WEP enabled, it should be sufficient to keep out
unwanted wireless clients from connecting to your wirelessrouter. I have
no idea what brand/model of router that came in your kit was, but there
probably (don't take my word for it) is some menu in it that allows you to
monitor and log active wireless clients. I think there's a way of binding
specific client IP to specific MAC addresses (which are unique to each
WNIC), but i'm unsure of how to do this. I can find out, if you wish.
Binding specific IP's to specific MAC addresses allows you to only have
say 3 allowable IPs, which can only be assigned to 3 specifc computers.

That being said, the 128-bit (or is it 256 or 512-bit? higher the
better...) WEP should keep your network safe.
